April Reagan is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation, on the Surface team, providing project management support for the product while also leading the Product Experience team.

April is also recognized for her Microsoft-internal whitepaper, "The Case for Significantly Improving Developer Help," which initiated the development of Microsoft Help 3, the latest application help technology from Microsoft.  April had become interested in help technologies after working with Visual C++ customers through several product releases.

Prior to working at Microsoft, April worked in the technology industries of Denver and Phoenix.

April is a certified Project Management Professional.  She earned her MBA at the University of Washington, Bothell, where she began researching resources estimation for highly complex and uncertain projects.  Her work has been presented in the last two annual meetings of the Decision Sciences Institutes.  April continues to conduct this research, with a goal to improve resource estimation fo new products at Microsoft and eventually throughout the industry.  Previously, after compiling credits from Arizona State University, DeVry Institute of Technology and Denver Technical college - in aerospace and electronics engineering, she finished her Bachelors degree through the University of Phoenix, Western Washington Campus.

April is the founder of handcrafted stationery business - EXPRESSivity - and an online retail store - A Box and Bow, both of which are currently inactive.

April is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute, Program Management Institute, INFORMS, SEI and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
